Terms of Service
General :
By commissioning Me for an Avatar you are agreeing to these terms. I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason. As the artist, I have the rights to repost and use completed artwork as advertisement and examples in my portfolio. I do not claim rights to any characters or other intellectual property used in the process of creating the artwork. If you decide to commission me you are commissioning me for my style, i will not recreate others works.
Payments and returns :
Payment is taken via PayPal /Venmo /Cashapp in USD only ($) An invoice will be sent for payment. You will send payment for the avatar either before or after completion, If paid after completion the payment will not be refundable. If you wish for a Booth/Gumroad avatar if I need to buy the model for a commission that price will not be refundable. Once full payment has been received the piece will be completed fully and uploaded. If you need to cancel a commission please let me know before I start your commission, I will be sure to keep my Queue updated so you know when to expect a message from me to start your avatar!
WIPs and deadlines :
WIPs will be sent throughout the piece being completed and during the Avatar creation process, changes can be requested, (nothing drastic unless I am at fault for major details or key part of character). All completed pieces will be Uploaded via by the official Vrchat Sdk and I will require your User and Password and will screen share this process. I do not accept deadlines on art usually, however they can be requested and a rush fee of 10 USD may apply if the deadline is accepted. Usual completion time is a week to 1 month, depending on place in queue, payments and communication time. Avatar WILL NOT be uploaded until full payment is received.
Nsfw / Other :
I will accept NSFW avatar commissions. However commissions may be rejected depending on the content (No Hardcore Fetish content). You must be 18+ to commission NSFW art (ID may be requested, along side proof that the ID is yours, so please be prepared to provide it if needed) No NSFW examples will be shown before age is confirmed. NSFW art is posted on my ADTwitter uncensored and all those believed to be underage will be blocked. All dms sent/received will be stored. This is for my own records and to protect me from reverse scammers during and after the commission has been completed as there will be proof of it being made, approval of each WIP stage, proof of sending and the commissioner's agreement to this TOS.
